Now, I love a spa visit and a bouquet of beautiful flowers as much as the next woman, but how can we attain a greater level of self love, generated from within?

A love that’s internally generated, not dependent on outside resources like another person, success at work, a good day, the kids behaving, or feeling slim and healthy….

A love that we have the power to create and cultivate at any given time.

 A love that we are in control of creating.

A love that doesn’t wait for the recognition of others, but a love that comes from within and from the depths of our soul…
